We are very busy preparing for the SAT 10 Achievement Test. Test taking skills are in the air! Testing dates are April 29, 30, and May 1. We'll be ready to show what we know!
Reading Goals Update: Our reading goals are still 12 books. This should be very doable for all. Students have a choice of taking an AR test or doing a book report. Students who fail more than 2 AR tests will be allowed to write book reports in order to meet their reading goals. Happy reading!

MobyMax user names and passwords went home last week. Look for them with a letter explaining the program in their folders. If there is a problem logging on please send me an email and let me know. Briefly, MobyMax is a test prep website that levels children according to ability. If you do not have a computer at home please take your children to the public library. You can enjoy a book as they practice their vocabulary, and math schools!
Another Great Website: For extra math practice, turn off that TV and have your child log into SUMDOG!! The students already know their passwords.
We're back from China now. Our current unit of study in Social Studies is Tennessee. We're focusing on the human culture of the 3 grand divisons. I wish you could have heard us singing Rocky Top today! Memphis blues, and country twang are in our future.
